Developed by CD Projekt Red, Cyberpunk 2077 is a brand new open-world RPG and one of the most highly anticipated video game releases of the year. It takes place in a bustling metropolis called Night City, whose inhabitants have become obsessed with vanity and augmenting their bodies with cybernetics. And the same goes for V, your playable character, as well. Here’s how to get the double jump and charged jump in Cyberpunk 2077.
Getting the Double Jump and Charged Jump in Cyberpunk 2077
Both of these Ripperdoc upgrades can be obtained pretty early on in the game, and they’re both available for purchase from Victor, who’s the very first Ripperdoc you’ll get acquainted with in Cyberpunk 2077. You can purchase both of them, but keep in mind that you can only equip one at any given point in time.
Just in case you’ve lost track of where Victor is, we’ve included a screenshot of the map down below, indicating his location.
Victor is near V’s apartment, in Watson, Little China. Head over there, and you’ll be able to get the Fortified Ankles upgrade, which gives you the double jump. You can also get the Fortified Tendons upgrade, which gives you the charged jump.
Which One to Get?
Both of these Ripperdoc upgrades serve the same purpose: to allow you to reach greater heights. However, since you can only pick one, you might be wondering if you’d be better off with the double jump or charged jump.
Both are perfectly capable of allowing you to get around, but we personally preferred the double jump for a smoother traversal experience and maneuverability. The charged jump can certainly get you a little higher than the double jump, though, and ultimately it all comes down to what you’d prefer for your play style.
That’s all you need to know about how to get the double jump and charged jump in Cyberpunk 2077. Be sure to check our guide wiki for more tips and information on the game.
